FOR ONLY $1.30 MORE PER POUND WE WILL PRE-COOK YOUR BRATS OVER A CHARCOAL BBQ PIT. THEN ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PLACE THEM IN A ROASTER TO WARM THEM UP TO TEMPATURE AT YOUR EVENT. WE HAVE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF ROASTERS FOR RENT IF YOU NEED ONE, RENTAL  $5.  PLEASE CALL AT LEAST A WEEK AHEAD FOR PLACING BIG ORDERS. MINIMUM OF 25 LBS. TO COOK BRATS.  THANK YOU!

OLD FASHION
SUMMER SAUSAGE!

Summer Sausage is only made during the months of January - March. You get a group together and make an appointment. Then
you come in and help make your Summer Sausage. Your group will help cut up the provided meat, grind meat, mix meat, tie casings, tie strings, weigh your order and hang your finished sausage in the smoke house. I will smoke it for three days then you will pick it up and take it home to hang and dry. There is a minimum order of  one batch. It cost $267.00 per batch. A batch makes 75 LBS. or 35 - 40 sticks of sausage. It takes about one hour to do one batch. The more people you bring the faster it goes.

We can order you any type of meat that you may need for any event.

We can slice anything you may need sliced.

If you make your own sausage we can get you anything
you may need to do the job.

DEER PROCESSING

Processing is only done
with the help of the hunter.
All deer must be tagged and
 field dressed prior to arrival.
NO ROAD KILL

 your deer, cut out steaks or
 roasts and grinding meat
with your help.
